We ensure the replacement of the product/voucher of the same value to your account. However, to claim return and exchange we must receive the said product back to headquarters (address mentioned on our footer) for further inspection.

If the User fails to respond within 24hrs, the order will be treated as canceled. If in case, the User confirms the order initially and wishes to cancel after, he/she may choose to refuse the order upon its arrival at his/her doorstep.
