In the case of receiving a damaged/unsealed product, we urge you to get in touch with us directly on our email/chat at contact.us@olgaperfume.com with details and images to support said claim. We ensure the replacement of the product/voucher of the same value to your account. However, to claim return and exchange we must receive the said product back to headquarters (address mentioned on our footer) for further inspection.
After the User places an order he/she will get a confirmation call/message on the mentioned mobile number/mail to confirm the order. If the User fails to respond within 24hrs, the order will be treated as canceled. If in case, the User confirms the order initially and wishes to cancel after, he/she may choose to refuse the order upon its arrival at his/her doorstep.

I bought sovaze and aqua but they gave me nashwa and aqua and when I contacted them they told me they will compensate for a 50ml bottle in the next order but on my second order, i ordered 2 sovaze they didn't give me the 50 ml bottle that they told even after reminding them.
Aqua has good smell but lasts only 3 hours even after 16 sprays.
Sovaze smells exactly like wild stone iridium and has even less longevity.
But nashwa is very good in terms of smell and performance, not good for men as it is very sweet and give very good burnt sugar vibe

It is not that close variant of Davidoff cool water, but yes the fragrance is really good. It gives you slight soapy and lavender fragrance. Really a good option to be used in summer. I have cut 1 star because I was not provided with the bottle shown on website and name on the bottle I received was Aqua intense.
Suitable for office wear last upto 4-5 hours on clothes also 30-60 % clone of David off coolwater
