All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.

Perfume likability is subject to individual preference, we do not accept claims speaking about this.

However, in the event that a product is received in a damaged condition due to transit, the customer must notify us within 1 day of delivery by providing clear photographic evidence of the damage. Upon verification and at our sole discretion, we may issue a replacement for the damaged item. We reserve the right to deny a replacement request if the claim does not meet our verification criteria.
