We ensure the replacement of the product/voucher of the same value to your account. However, to claim return and exchange we must receive the said product back to headquarters (address mentioned on our footer) for further inspection.

If the User fails to respond within 24hrs, the order will be treated as canceled. Very good burnt sugar vibe and amazing performace. Preferably for women as it is very sweet.
Aqua and sovaze have very less performace even after 12+ sprays on clothes.
