In the case of receiving a damaged/unsealed product, we urge you to get in touch with us directly on our email/chat at contact.us@olgaperfume.com with details and images to support said claim. We ensure the replacement of the product/voucher of the same value to your account. However, to claim return and exchange we must receive the said product back to headquarters (address mentioned on our footer) for further inspection.
After the User places an order he/she will get a confirmation call/message on the mentioned mobile number/mail to confirm the order. If the User fails to respond within 24hrs, the order will be treated as canceled. If in case, the User confirms the order initially and wishes to cancel after, he/she may choose to refuse the order upon its arrival at his/her doorstep.

Firstly I was a bit skeptical however then I had a talk with the owner on whatsapp call, A very down to earth gentleman, and was very reassuring about the products and their quality, recently I have received my order n believe you me All four r mind blowing, Nashwa, sovage elixir, glam and Onyx, Have ordered one more combo this time have changed to lady killer rest all r same. All these perfumes smell magnificent.
I have over 30+ perfumes, this one is the worst 💩 ever. **NEVER EVER SEE FRAGJAM REVIEW AND BUY THIS 💩 **, you will regret it for sure 💯
I have never use such a bad perfume in my life like Nashwa. I didn't like the smell. Very low smell. I am not happy with this. Very poor perfume.
This is like cheating , even after selecting 4 perfumes I received only 3.
Out of 4 perfumes i ordered nashwa is undoubtedly winner ..its a handsome BR 540 clone ..yes bit on sweeter side with first 30 minutes very unpleasant note of smokey sugary syrup after 30 minutes when it settles down then real magic comes out and lasts very long around 4-5 hours on skin and 7-8 hours easily on clothes ..projection also decent . Great work here olga
